Inspired by the most rare breed in Scotland that in the past was used for hunting otters and badgers, Dandie Dinmont terriers are similar in appearance to Skye terriers or streched out Westies.

This rare breed was named after a character – Dandie Dismount – from Walter Scott’s novel – Guy Mannering.
